Intercontinental Infrastructure Ltd is primarily involved in consultancy contracts for infrastructure projects, IIL is also a contractor and sub-contractor for works like Bridges, Highways, Airports, Power Projects, Dams, Tunnels, Work Shops, Godowns, Buildings, Reservoirs, and other Infrastructure works. Further, IIL is a leading real estate company involved in developing Luxury Grade A+ commercial complexes and large premium housing projects.
IIL is led by Mr C L Rajam as the Chairman and Srikanth as Director. Mr Rajam, was the Ex-Director of SEW Infrastructure Ltd, a 2000 crore Hyderabad-based civil construction company. He has been a key contributor to the infrastructure sector and enabled SEW to achieve numerous Performance Awards from the Chief Ministers and Prime Minister of India.
Mr Srikanth, the Director of IIL, has led mega projects like “Palais Royale”, a 317 M tall residential building in Worli – Mumbai, the prestigious Mumbai Metro One Pvt. Ltd, and the construction of 12 stations and 3 bridges for the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Section.
Mr. C.L. Rajam, a distinguished graduate with a gold medal in Civil Engineering from R.E.C Warangal, currently serves as the Chairman of Intercontinental Infrastructure Limited in Hyderabad. Renowned in the field of infrastructure projects and real estate development, Mr. Rajam has established himself as a respected professional.
In his role as a 'Partner' in a prominent civil construction company based in Hyderabad, he successfully oversaw the execution of significant projects in various domains such as irrigation, power, and roads across different states in India.
Having held the position of Chairman and Managing Director at WBSPIL, Mr. Rajam played a crucial role in spearheading real estate endeavors amounting to Rs 4000 crore in Kolkata, collaborating with the Government of West Bengal. Presently, as the Chairman of Intercontinental Infrastructure Limited, he continues to contribute his expertise to monumental infrastructure projects, including the development of large dams, canals, and powerhouses nationwide, spanning fourteen states and establishing a formidable national presence
Srikanth’s career spanning two decades involved project management, procurement, land acquisition, and leading high-rise construction projects. He is an Electronics and Communication Engineer and also has a Masters in Marketing degree from the UK. Some of the accolades he has earned include heading the project of “Palais Royale”, a 105-floor premium residential building in Worli – Mumbai, and the prestigious Mumbai Metro One Pvt. Ltd where he managed the civil works for the construction of 12 stations and 3 bridges for the Versova – Andheri – Ghatkopar section.
Srikanth is involved in many philanthropic initiatives like the development of the Hindu Cultural Center in Varanasi and the running of Shiva Kiran Charitable Trust.
